• Models ACM-100, ACM-200, ACM-300 & CWT-150 are compact, allowing access in panels only 4" in diameter.

ACM-200
The model ACM-200 seems to be our most popular model because of the versatility in range and cable diameters covered. The ACM-200 is designed to measure 20-200 lbs tension in 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", and 1/4" diameter aircraft cables. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 4% for all cable sizes. ACM-100
The model ACM-100 is designed to measure from 5-100 lbs tension in 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32" diameter cables. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 4% for all cable sizes.
ACM-300
The model ACM-300 is designed to measure from 40-300 lbs tension in 3/32", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" diameter standard cables. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 6% for all cable sizes. Can be used in limited access panels as small as 4" in diameter.
ACM-400
The model ACM-400 is designed to measure from 40-400 lbs tension in 3/32", 1/8", 5/32" and 3/16" diameter standard cables. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 6% for all cable sizes. Can be used in limited access panels as small as 4" in diameter.
ACM-600
Our model ACM-600 measures tension from 40-600 lbs in 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", and 1/4" diameter aircraft cables. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 8% or better. The ACM-600 closely resembles the ACM-200 with the exception of the instrument width, which is 5.2".
CWT-150
Our model CWT-150 measures tension from 10-150 lb in CWT 5, 10, 15, 20, & 25 diameter cables utilizing no interchangeable risers. This instrument has a full scale accuracy of 4% for all cable diameters, and can be used in limited access panels as small as 4" in diameter. This instrument is specifically designed for use on CWT cables; it cannot be used on standard aircraft cables.

ANNUAL CALIBRATION OR REPAIR SERVICE

Tensitron will recalibrate all models at a very reasonable cost. When an instrument is received for a yearly recalibration and certification, it is completely dismantled. We clean, repair and replace any damaged parts. The instrument is then recalibrated in our NIST-certified lab and provided with all the necessary documentation.
