The fixture DI-2150 has been developed to enable testing of special test pieces with limited dimensions,
such as those taken from converted tissue products, whereas commercial width and pre-cuts restrict
samples to very limited sizes which cannot be tested in standard horizontal tensile testers that have minimal
 distance between clamps of 100mm.

The DI-2150 is mounted direclty on the 50mm wide pneumatic clamps of Regmed Horizontal Tensile Testers, reducing inicial distance between clamps to 50mm.

Its design allows user to quickly switch between conventional tests on he tensile tester or special tests with the fixture mounted, without the need of
special tools or calibrations, ensuring the fast, exact, repeatable and reproducible determination of tensile strength and elongation in any case.




The DI-2150 is driven automatically by the pneumatic clamp of the tensile tester when the
built-in indexer for presence of test piece is actuated by the user.

The test piece, kept in pre-tensioned position by the user is fixed firmly and the test starts automatically.
